Special prayer meeting held at BCC, Senapati

Senapati, October 31 2019:
A special prayer meeting was organised at Mao Baptist Centre Church, Senapati concerning the last round of talk between the GoI and the NSCN-IM.
The program was organized by different Civil Society Organizations based at Senapati for inclusive, honourable and acceptable solution to the protracted Indo-Naga peace process.
Speaking on the occasion, Solomon Arow, president of NPO said that it was a good platform for them to get together, irrespective of denominational differences, wherein people worship the same God and for the same cause with the hope that God will surely answer the prayer.
Rev P Ng Lohrii, president of Senapati Karong Area Baptist Union asked the people to pray continuously.
Ng David Sha, Pastor of Poumai Baptist Church, Senapati said that this day is crucial as a solution to the peace talks is likely to come.
Alphonse Daniel, president, Senapati District Catholic Union mentioned that people are confused at this juncture as history would be changed for better or for worse.
CSOs including the District Frontal Organisations, Tribe presidents, women organisations, student organisations, Catechist, Pastors, Church leaders, National workers, missionaries, public leaders and public attended the program.
