Manipuri cyclist Philem Rohan has covered more than 1500 kms in Manipur to distribute food items and to extend a helping hand to the needy people during this time of pandemic.
Philem Rohan Singh was on a ride from New Delhi to Tokyo carrying the message of 'Rights of Persons with Disabilities' .

Seeing the sufferings of the people due to the lockdowns, Rohan wanted to help and contribute as much as he could.
From the money he earned by selling his T-shirt 'Cycling for Humanity' he distributed food items to 62 households in his locality.
He also contributed to the local MLA COVID-19 helping fund.
He volunteered in distributing items by collaborating with former MLA of Moirang Constituency Prithiviraj in various programmes.
It may be mentioned here that since the last seven months, cyclist Rohan has been taking care of a homeless man named Dungdung financially.
Dungdung is under the care of a Home at Lamphelpat in Imphal West.
On 14th May he celebrated his birthday in a different way by visiting multiple places to help the people in need.
As a cyclist he took advantage of his cycle and along with his friends (10 cycles together) they carried rice in their backpack and went to Keirak to help a disabled boy.
Recently, he visited two widows in Nambol and helped them financially.
He also gave them essential food items.
Further, he visited a mentally challenged family in Moirang Khunou and provided monetary help.
He also visited a disabled family in Okshongbung Khunou in Moirang Assembly Constituency and helped them get CMHT cards and other Government benefits while also helping the family financially.
Members of 'Cycling for Humanity' including Rohan Philem, RK Hemochandra and others have been working to feed the homeless in Imphal areas for the last three months.
