Many continue to extend relief items to the people who have been displaced by the recent outburst of communal conflicts in the State.
To help the people displaced by the recent turmoil, Royal Enfield 350 Club Manipur has provided food items, sanitary pads, medicines and other essential items to the relief camps opened at Haotak Tampha Khunou, Wangoo Popular Ground, Sunusifai, Kangmong and Yurembam.
Manupur students staying in Chandigarh also contributed 40 drinking water bottle sets to help the people taking refuge at shelter camps.

In a release, Hijam Rakesh Singh, general secretary of the motorcycle club appealed to all the communities and the State Government to come together for a peaceful solution to restore normalcy in the State.
The Sorokhaibam Leikai Youth Development Association (SYDA), Singjamei Makha Sorokhaibam Leikai, has also distributed relief materials to the shelter camps opened at Norem Birahari College, Dolaithabi, Khundrakpam, Awang Sekmai, Pangei Bazar, Koujeng Leima, Taning, Mayang Langjing and Pukhao Laipham.
Oriental Youths Organisation (OYO), Kongpal Iranpham Thongkhong, Imphal East, has been working tirelessly to help the people displaced by the recent turmoil and taking shelter at the relief camps opened at various places.
In a release, OYO informed that so far, relief materials have been provided to the shelter camps opened at Pangei Yangdong Laibung, Naorem Birahari College Khundrakpam, Leitanpokpi, Keibi, Chanung, LCM Moirang and Moirangpurel.
Conveying deepest sympathies for those afflicted by recent civic disturbances, OYO has appealed to the Government to take immediate action to restore normalcy in the State and abrogate the Suspension of Operation (SoO) with Kuki militant groups who have broken the ground rules of the pact.
