Thoubal Cdos rescue two kids from recruiting to KCP

Thoubal Police Commandos have reportedly arrested two hard core activists of the outlawed KCP and rescued to kids who were being taken by them for recruiting into the outfit today.
According to a statement issued by Thoubal SP, Dr AK Jhalalit, a team of Thoubal Police Commandos under his supervision was conducting search operation at around 11.40 am today at Tangjeng when the team saw a Maruti car Pearl blue colour bearing registeration no.AS02F-4492 with four suspicious looking youths as occupants, and accordingly the car was stopped for verification.
Four youths who identified themselves as Oinam Ngouba alias Bishorjit Singh (19) s/o O Thoiba Singh of Ningthoukhong Kha-Leikai Ward no.5, Oinam Boyai alias Nanao Singh (22) s/o O Rameshwor Singh of Ningthoukhong Kha-Leikai Ward no.6, Khaidem James Singh (15) s/o Kh Sanamatum Singh of Ningthoukhong Kha-Khunou Ward no.3 and Oinam Bijaykumar Meitei (17) s/o O Ranjit Singh of Ningthoukhong Kha-Khunou Ward no.3 were detained for further verification.
A thorough search of the suspected persons led to the recovery of one Nokia mobile handset model no.1280 with one Reliance SIM Card no.7308641383 from Oinam Ngouba and one HiTech mobile handset model no.X999 with one Idea SIM Card no.9089892637 from Oiam Boyai.
On further verification, Ngouba and Boyai disclosed that they are hard core activists of the outlawed KCP and they were given the task of recruitment of children for their organsiation in association with one Khundrakpam Robot Singh s/o Kh Rajen of Ninthoukhong Kha Leikai Ward no.6 under the command of one S/S Commander in Chief Rishikanta alias Byanthou of the banned outfit based at Moreh.
They further revealed that two other youths namely, Khaidem James and Oinam Bijoykumar have been kidnapped by them for recruiting to KCP and they were taking the two boys towards Moreh to hand them over to S/S Commander in Chief Rishikanta, for which they would be given Rs 1.5 lakhs once the two boys were delivered at Moreh.
Accordingly, the two accused persons Ngouba and Boyai were arrested and their mobile phone handsets along with SIM cards seized, the SP added.
