CCpur, May 22 2017:
Unidentified miscreants early today at around 2 am set on fire the Martyrs shed or' Salpha Pumbuk' - a temporary structure where the dummy coffins of nine tribal youths killed in anti-tribal bill agitations were kept - that is located inside the premises of Lamka Community Hall.
It is the second instance of arson on the structure as the same was entirely burnt in the fire about 2 am today.
An immediate alarm was raised and as the fire was still to touch the main structure they managed to douse it before it could inflict any substantial damage.
It is believed that people who have their reservations on the JACAATB inking an agreement with the Government may be responsible for the arson.
Accordingly local authorities have since stationed police with riot gears around the place.
