Biswadeep Gupta appointed ABHM president for NE

Biswadeep Gupta, son of Late Biswajit Gupta permanent resident of Silchar Assam, has been appointed as the new president of Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha (ABHM) for North Eastern states.
A release issued by Prof (Dr) Neeran Gautam, national spokesperson ABHM informed that Biswadeep was appointed as the new president of NE states for the Mahasabha by the present National president, Rajyashree Chaudhuri on recommendation of the appointment committee.
He is given the mandate to expand the organisational base and take the Mahasabha's work and objectives to the NE states of Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.
At present, Biswadeep is the Managing Trustee of KRC Foundation which works in the field of media, education, entrepreneurship and social outreach with the goal to connect the unconnected.
Hindu Mahasabha was established in the year 1915 by Madan Mohan Malaviya and was evolved as a political party under the leadership of Vinayak Damodar Savarkar in 1933 .
