Senapati District Police organise "Ningol Chakkouba"

Senapati, November 18 2020:
To strengthen the bond of love and affection, Senapati district police under the leadership of M Pradip Singh, IPS, Superintendent of Police, feted women of the Senapati District Women's Association (SDWA) and personnel of the district women police with gifts and a grand feast at the Women police station, Senapati on the November 16.Speaking on the occasion, the SP stated that "Ningol Chakouba" is one of the biggest festivals in the State and presented gifts and hosted a feast.
He added that the SDWA is an important body in Senapati district and lauded their role in society.
The SP also appreciated the hard work of the district women police to control crime against women while assuring to continue to support and encourage them in their fight to bring peace in the land.
RN Hannah, president of SDWA expressed her gratitude towards the district police.
The woman leader also appreciated the steps taken by the SP to strengthen the police-public ties.
Police of all ranks and all the women police personnel attended the program.
