Many condole Dr Jodhachandra Sanasam

Many organisations and individuals condoled the demise of Professor Dr Jodhachandra Sanasam, renowned writer and an eminent medical professional.
Law and Legislative Affairs Minister, Th Satyabrata Singh in his condolence message recalled Dr Jodhachandra Sanasam as a prolific writer, poet, novelist, translator, columnist and lyricist.
The State will always remember him and cherish his literary works, he added and prayed that the departed soul may rest in peace.
Manipuri Sahitya Parishad, Imphal held a virtual condolence presided by its president Kangjam Ibohal Singh today and two minute silence was observed praying for the peace of the departed soul.
Dr Jodhachandra Sanasam's countless contributions in the field of literature were remembered and lauded his selfless service towards the society as a medical professional.
Indian Medical Association, Manipur State Branch, United People's Front Manipur, All Manipur Music Association, Ashangba Communication and Sheihek Sheireng Sheipan Shemgat Lup (SHEIPAL) also condoled the demise of Dr Jodhachandra Sanasam.
Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal also held a condolence meeting on the sudden demise of Dr Jodhachandra Sanasam, former Head of Department of ENT, RIMS and Dr Kyoduwo Richard Duomai who was a Senior Resident, Department of Surgery, JNIMS today at Jubilee Hall, RIMS under the chairmanship of Professor A Santa Singh, Director of RIMS.
The staff of the Institute observed two minutes silence as a mark of respect to the departed souls and shared the sorrow and pain of the bereaved families.
