3rd position holder : 'I'm eying to become IPS Officer'

Imphal, May 20 2013:
Ratimanjuri Hajarimayum, who is the 3rd position in HSLC exam-2013, said that she would like to appear in the combined civil service examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission and become an IPS Officer to destroy all the evils in the society.
Ratimanjuri scored 478 marks out of 500 with letter marks in all the subjects.
Her highest mark is in Mathematics.
She got 99 out of 100.Born to Hajarimayum Rajesh Sharma and Mirabai of Khwai Brahmapur Nagamapal, Ratimanjuri had studied in Nirmalabas School right from class 1. While giving all the credit for her success to her parents, teachers and to the God Almighty, Ratimanjuri Hajarimayum, stated that though the teachers in the school teach them in their best possible way, there is the need to get private tuitions for almost all the subjects if one would like to come out with flying colours in examination in this time of cut throat competition.
"The time we spend in school in very less, so we need to make up our study from tuition classes', the 3rd topper of HSLC-2013 maintained.
However, she hastened to add that this does not mean that teachers in her school are doing any less to make the students understand their daily lessons.
Ratimanjuri's father is a part time lecturer in Oriental College.
The proud father says that he would do everything to ensure that his daughter realises her dream of becoming a police officer to fight against social evils.
