Herself an aspiring candidate from the constituency in the ensuing Assembly election, Sumatibala of Heirok Part-III contended that inspite of authorities concerned furnishing relevant documents, as was sought, some of the works against which fund had been released remain incomplete or has not been implemented.
Speaking to newspersons on the sideline of a spot verification programme at Heirok areas today, Sumatibala said documents furnished to her listed construction of a community shed cum library at near Mahadeva temple in Ngarouthel area of the assembly segment.
Pointing to barren space in the said area, she questioned as to how officials concerned released Rs 5 lakh for the said structure while in reality there is no such development project undertaken till date.
