Babri Masjid demolition Rebuild it at same spot call rung out

Popular Front of India (PFI), Manipur State today organized the 23rd anniversary of Babri Masjid demolition at Sora, Lilong and Mayang Imphal.
At Sora, the sit-in-protest began at 8 am, which was led by the executive members of PFI.
Speaking on the occasion, Md Abdus Satar said that the Babri Masjid demolition on December 6, 1992 was a blot on the face of Indian secularism and it shoud be rebuilt at the same spot to prove that India is a democratic country.
At Lilong, the sit-in-protest began at 1.45 pm at Lilong Bazar which was led by the State executive member of PFI, Mufti Arshad Hussain Kasim.
Speaking at the occasion, he elaborated on the history of Babri Masjid construction and its subsequent demolition.
The volunteers of PFI shouted slogans like "Babri Masjid should be rebuilt at the same place" .
At Mayang Imphal, the protest began at 1.45 pm led by PFI, Manipur State president, Arif Khan.
He spoke at length about the Babri Masjid demolition, on Hindutva and the Sangh Parivar's role in the demolition.
The event was marked by shouting of slogans like "Rebuild Babri Masjid at the same place and arrest the culprits" .
The All India Imams Council, Manipur State led by its president, Maulana Usman Baig also observed the day.
Speaking at the occasion, he said that the RSS and Sangh Parivar leaders were the architects of the demolition and appealed to the authority to rebuild it at the place where the Babri Masjid once stood.
He also mentioned about the Liberhan Commission report which stated that it was a pre-planned conspiracy and RSS, VHP, Shiv Shena, Bajrang Dal and BJP leaders were behind the demolition.
The event was also observed at Lilong Bazar and the council put forth a charter of demands which include arresting and giving befitting punishment to the culprits involved in the demolition, rebuilding of Babri Masjid at the same place.
