Touring bikers from Pune arrive to pay tributes to heroes

A team of 74 bikers on a mega tour from Pune (Saniwarwada) to Khongjom in Manipur had arrived in Imphal last night after passing through the North Eastern states via Kolkata.
The team was accorded a warm welcome by Rotary Club, Imphal at Mantripukhri upon their arrival.
The team is led by one Sandeep Mahin.
The fleet of motorists is paying floral tributes to great personalities in India by visiting their memorial sites.
The mega bike tour from Pune to Khongjom in Manipur's Thoubal district visited INA Complex at Moirang in Bishnupur district, memorial complexes of Gambhir Singh Maharaj, Bir Tikendrajit and Thangal General, and Nupilal Complex and Kangla Fort here to pay homage to the heroes today.
RK Bishwajit, the Real Hero Awardee of CNN-IBN and Reliance Foundation flagged off the team from Sahid Minar in Imphal for its tour to Moirang and Khongjom this morning.
Meanwhile, the Confluence 2013�A Saga of Heroism has organised a reception ceremony at Imphal for the team this evening at GM Hall this evening.
The team will leave the state capital on October 6 for Jiribam.
