CADA's poster campaign and street corner meeting continue at Jiribam and Kamjong

In connection with the observance of "International Day Against Drug Abuse & Illicit Trafficking" which will be observed across the globe on June 26, Coalition Against Drugs & Alcohol (CADA) has been conducting 'Poster Campaign and Street corner meeting' in different parts and corners of Manipur including remote and hill areas since June 21 and in continuation of their campaign, members of CADA formed different teams and conducted the same poster campaign and street corner meeting at different parts of Jiribam and Kamjong District with the support of the members of various club, meira paibees, village authority and women society today.

The street corner meeting and poster campaign was successfully conducted in crowded market area with the support of personnel of Police Out Post and Police Station of the districts and the public of the region.
In the campaign, the members of CADA drew the attention of the public towards the evil impact of substance abuse to the society.
The poster campaign and street corner meeting aims to give awareness about the negative effect of drugs and substance abuse to the public of both hills and valley.
Saying that the campaign was held successfully in different public places, Police Outposts and Stations of the two districts (Jiribam and Kamjong), CADA thanked all the local meira paibi, clubs members, village authority, women society etc who lend their helping hands in the campaign.
