For the students studying at Paocham Government High School, Ukhrul, waiting for the teachers has become "part of their education", as they have now become accustomed to the rotational basis of being taught by the teachers As things stand today, students have to wait for two periods, before the the next class can be taken up.
Paocham High School has a total student strength of 273 from Class III to X as per school record.
According to SMDC convener Wungnaoyo Horam, six teachers including the Headmaster-in-Charge have been running the school for more than 7 years now.
