Beneficiaries livelihood prog

Imphal, December 24 2017:
1st phase beneficiaries livelihood programme under the theme Ashagee Mangal was organised at GM Hall by Indian Red Cross Society, Manipur State Branch today .
A total of 42 beneficiaries, including widows of arm conflict, people with HIV and widows of cancer patient, were provided materials as a part of the functions .
Deputy Chief Minister Y Joykumar, vice chairman of IRCS Manipur State Branch, Narendra Ningomba and secretary Dr Y Mohen Singh attended the event as the presidium members .
On the other hand, IRCS-Manipur State Branch organised a rally from its MG Avenue branch office to GM Hall, under the theme 'Youth for Humanitarian Service' .
Around 200 students from High School to University level, participated in the rally.
A calendar of Junior Red Cross (JRC) was also released at GM Hall.
