Controversial DPC result of Primary teachers declared

The controversial DPC result of the Primary Teachers has been officially declared today by the state government.
The DPC result of Primary teachers came out today only after a directive was given by the Gauhati High Court to the state government to declare the result within a period of three months.
The result was declared this evening at the conference hall of RMSA in Babupara by Principle Secretary, Education (S), J Sureshbabu and Director, Education (S), W Rajen.
Most of the candidates which have been already declared as selected in the DPC result published in Hueiyen Lanpao last year, has surprisingly been included in the result declared today.
But the unreserved post which was only 512 has been increased to 712 in today's result.
And also the serial number of the candidates has also been changed to a certain extent.
The newly declared DPC result has 1423 post in all.
Among these 712 are for unreserved, 178 for OBC (Meetei), 57 for OBC (Pangal),7 for OBC (others),441 for ST and 28 for SC.
Candidates under reserved category who have got high marks reaching the qualifying marks of unreserved category are also been mixed with unreserved categories.
Eighty nine candidates of Hindi Graduates teachers have been selected.
Out of these 24 are unreserved general category, 6 OBC (Meetei),2 OBC (Pangal) and 17 ST and 1 physically handicapped person.
Out of the 203 Hindi primary teachers to be selected, 101 are unreserved post, 25 OBC (meetei), 8 OBC (Pangal), 62 ST, and 4 for SC.
Since there were no candidate from ST and OBC (Pangal)applying for Hindi Primary Teachers, only 182 candidates were recommended by the DPC.
