The four BJP Ministers who left Imphal yesterday called on BJP National president JP Nadda at the latter's office at around 10.40 am today at Delhi and they reportedly apprised the party chief about the dissent and grievances of BJP legislators against Chief Minister N Biren.
Four BJP Ministers namely; Education Minister Th Radheshyam, Works Minister Th Biswajit, Agriculture Minister V Hangkhanlian and Social Welfare Minister Nemcha Kipgen left for Delhi together in one flight yesterday.

A late report informed that they called on BJP National General Secretary BL Santhosh and Secretary Bhupender Yadav this evening.
Speaking to media persons at Imphal airport before leaving for Delhi, the four Ministers said that they were going to Delhi to discuss the present political situation of Manipur with BJP National president JP Nadda and other Central leaders and seek release of funds entitled to different departments.
The four Ministers and JP Nadda discussed about strengthening the BJP-led coalition Government by fostering closer ties with all the coalition partners, conveyed a source.
Further strengthening BJP so that it can emerge victorious in the forthcoming by-election and secure majority in the next State Assembly election which is due in 2022 was another agenda of the meeting.
On July 20, the four Ministers would meet Union Ministers who are relevant to the portfolios they are holding and seek necessary funds for implementing different projects in the State, said the source.
However, another source informed that the four Ministers presented a detail report to BJP National president JP Nadda about the dissent and grievances of BJP legislators against Chief Minister N Biren.
They also apprised JP Nadda about the issues which have been rocking the State following seizure of a huge quantity of drugs and cash from Lhukhosei Zou.
Even though the four NPP Ministers have returned to the BJP-led coalition Government after they had walked out of the coalition, it cannot be said that all their demands/wishes have been fulfilled satisfactorily.
It is amidst this backdrop that dissent and grievances among BJP legislators are growing.
As such, the coalition Government is now facing a very precarious situation, added the source.
