MSLPTF lists demands with boycott rider to AMFA

Imphal, October 14 2017: Manipur State League Participating Teams' Forum (MSLPTF), Manipur � a forum of all participating teams of 12th MSL 2017 constituted after continuous emergency meetings from Oct 13 and 14 � has warned of boycotting the ongoing 12th Manipur State League 2017 if AMFA fails to meet its demands, including involvement of the forum in solving the problems between AMFA and Sagolband United, before issuing the next revised fixture of the 12th MSL .

MSLPTF has submitted its charter of demands to AMFA today .

Among other demands of the MSLPTF include engagement of at least Grade-I referees and engagement of referees from outside if necessary to conduct top division league of Manipur MSL .

It urged AMFA to avoid imposing unwanted fines without consulting MSLPTF and make proper arrangements to protect playing teams and the referees .

It also demanded providence of up-to-date medical facilities during matches; declaration of man of the match for every match; strict maintenance of time-frame for the conduct of MSL every year; equal distribution of ticket money among the playing teams and AMFA in every match; live media coverage for every match; to avoid frequent change of league rules; reservation of VIP seats for at least secretaries and presidents of the playing teams; to avoid giving matches to teams on alternate days to prevent physical exhaustion of players and any problem arising during MSL matches should be solved between AMFA and MSLPTF .

MSLPTF was formed after emergency meetings of all participating teams of 12th MSL continuously held on Oct 13 and 14 which were presided by Laishram Ibomcha, president of TRAU and Yumnam Ranjit, Manager, NACO.
