ward at around 4 pm, she addressed a press conference at
the hospital.
She was taken to the residence of former Health Director
Dr Th Suresh of Keishamthong Laisom Leirak by police.

her from reaching Dr Suresh's house at Keishamthong.
Police then took her to Shamu Makhong.
There too,
some angry womenfolk prevented her from staying there.
Police then took her inside City police station for her
safety at around 6.30 pm.
Later in the night, it is said that she was taken to JNIMS
hospital after she offered prayer at ISKCON temple.
During the press conference held at JNIMS earlier in the
day, she told the media that she would neither return home
nor meet her mother as she is yet achieve her goal of getting
AFSPA repealed.
Earlier, volunteers of SAKAL and other
