To improve the economic condition and financial health of the society, it is important to gice emphasis on skill development programme for the educated and uneducated youth, said Naorem Nabachandra, Chairman, BTSD Private Limited.
The Chairman said the statement in a simple function organized by Bhubon Technical and Skill Development (BTSD) Private Limited at BTSD branch office, Kakching Paji Leikai to distribute certificate to the successful candidate who have undergone various training programe in different trade under Centrally Sponsored State Management (CSSM) Component, Pradhan Mantri Kausal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) .

He continued that the said centre have conducted training to about 1500 people in various trade where about 700 trained individuals got placement in different parts of India and even in overseas companies.
Even today, BTSD has been providing training to educated and umemployed youth at free of cost including free fooding, lodging and free job placement, he added and sought cooperation from the youth, Club, Organisations and elders in his endeavor.
He also appealed all the literate and illiterate youth to join such skill development training programme in their coveted trade to make our State an economically sound and developed region.
Nabachandra informed that BTSD Private Limited is a registered private company under National Skill Development Co-operation (NSDC) in 2017 and has been providing training programme in collaboration with Centrally Sponsored State Management (CSSM) Component under PMKVY which include training programme for Assistant Electrician, Mason General, Plumber General and Front Office Associate for three months.
BTSD also provided job placement facilities to all the trainees who have completed the training course not only in different reputed companies of India but also in abroad like Dubai, he added and said that many alumni are working in Bangalore, Shillong, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Noida, Gujarat, Hyderabad and Dubai right now.
The function was also attended by DC Kakching Arambam Valentina and SP Kakching Yengkhom Victoria as dignitaries and appreciated the initiative taken up by BTSD for the educated and uneducated youth of the State that will improve their financial health and economic condition of the State.
Former minister who is now president of Senior Citizen Kakching, N Nimai Singh attended the function as chief guest while DC Kakching Arambam Valentina as functional president and ex-minister Th Tomba Singh, SP Kakching Y Victoria, retd Principal P Kunjo Singh and Chairman BTSD Private Limited N Nabachandra attended as guests of honour.
Later, certificates were distributed to the successful trainees by the predium members.
