RIMS Director inaugurates

Professor A Santa Singh, Director, RIMS, Imphal inaugurated "Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) Program on Trauma & Critical Care Nursing: A Sentinel in time of Global Pandemic" at Jubilee Hall, RIMS today.
According to a statement from Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) Media Advisor N Phillip Singh, the CNE program was organized by College of Nursing (CON), RIMS.
Professor A Jamuna Devi, Principal, CON, RIMS delivered the keynote address while Professor A Santa Singh spoke on trauma and critical care during COVID-19 global pandemic, the statement added.
Further, Dr Manju Dhandapani, Associate Professor, National Institute of Nursing Education, PGIMER, Chandigarh, Professor RK Lenin Singh, HOD of Psychiatry, RIMS, LC Mala, Associate Professor, CON, RIMS and S Silbia Devi, Lecturer, CON, RIMS spoke on emergency and triage of trauma patients, psychological aspect of trauma and COVID-19, impact of COVID-19 in children and its nursing management and management of pregnant women in COVID-19 pandemic respectively.
All the faculties, staff and students attended the inauguration program as per the press release.
