Neinasang holds public meeting on present crisis, adopts various resolutions

Keeping the present state of turmoil in the view, Neinasang (Study Club) of Sagolband Tera Loukrakpam Leikai convened a public meeting and took various resolutions.
As per a statement of Neinasang, the meeting deliberated on the present situation of the State and resolved to translate many of their resolutions into actions at the earliest.
The meeting resolved that the Union Home Minister should come out with a solution to the present crisis unfolding from May 3 during his stay in Manipur by considering the sentiments of the affected people.
The meeting also resolved to ask for a high level inquiry into the violent incidents the State has witnessed and measures to contain it.
The meeting also denounced the solidarity march in Churachandpur where rallyists were carrying sophisticated weapons.
Asking whether Narco Terrorism upon Indian citizens is approved by law of the land, Neinashang also came out strongly against the terrosist activities carried out by militants under SoO.
Neinasang also resolved to seek stringent actions against the MLAs who have sided with the terrorists.
While calling for assurance for implementation of NRC from Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Minister of State (Home) Nityanand Rai and other BJP leaders who are present in the State.
The Meeting also resolved to raise a call for curbing illegal immigration, preservation of protected forest area and prevention of poppy cultivation in the soil of the State.
