Treated like a football: AMSSTA

All Manipur School Students' Transporter Association (AMSSTA) claimed that they have been treated like a football kicked and passed by all.
The claim was made by AMSSTA concerned by the Government's order to ferry students from Wednesday after the Cabinet's decision to provide security to the catholic schools.
However AMSSTA questioned the security of these transporters and the students in the process, as the classes had been opened without resolving the issues.
AMSSTA also stated its happiness that the regular classes are resumed and appealed for a amicable solution among the two parties so that AMSSTA could perform their duties freely from all fears of any untoward incidents, which will also avoid the possibility of conflicts between parents and AMSSTA.
AMSSTA also appealed to the Government to intervene the unavailability of oil issue considering the disruption of AMSSTA services it could cause, said a press release issued by AMSSTA Secretary, Jimmy Tongbram.
