Waiting shed inaugurated at Seikhor village

Ukhrul, August 12 2019:
President of NPF Ukhrul Division Wungnaoshang A' Shimray has inaugurated the waiting shed constructed under 14th finance 2018-19 at Seikhor village, Ukhrul, today.
He cut the ribbon, and announced before the villagers that the waiting shed now belongs to them.
Ukhrul ADC member VL Khayinghor expressed that though the paucity of fund in the council has unable him to fulfill the people's expectations, he will utilize all available resources for the welfare of the people and development.
Stating that joint venture is required to bring tangible development in the areas, he sought co-operation from the public.
Meanwhile the headman of Seikhor village Wilson Rephung expressed gratitude on behalf of villagers for constructing the waiting shed for the convenience of the villagers.
Councillor SP Mashungam also mentioned about the difficulties faced while implementing project in the district due to fund shortage.
The programme was attended by Pastor Hungya Zimik, VAs, women leaders, youth leaders and the Villagers of Seikhor.
