Health camp held at L Songtun village

Kangpokpi, September 30 2022:
BJP Sadar Hills District and ST Morcha, BJP Kangpokpi today organised a mega health camp at L Songtun village in Kangpokpi district to mark the 72th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
BJP Kangpokpi instead of cutting cake and merry making embarked on providing health service to hundreds of people at L Songtun village.
The mega health camp was sponsored by Textiles, Commerce & Industry and Cooperation Minister Nemcha Kipgen.
During the camp, Nemcha Kipgen adopted 5 Tuberculosis (TB) patients while providing nutritional foods and other requirements to the patients.
She also handed over PMJAY cards to the beneficiaries.
Nemcha Kipgen urged the people to avail the health benefits and stay healthy for the society and a self-reliant India.
She further thanked the BJP Sadar Hills, ST Morcha BJP Kangpokpi, BJP Kangpokpi Mandal, CMO Kangpokpi, doctors, nurses, and health care staff, district police, village chief and authority of L Songtun village for making the camp a grand success.
BJP Kangpokpi Mandal president, Thanglensei Kipgen; ST Morcha BJP Kangpokpi president, Lunseh Kipgen; CMO Kangpokpi, Dr Lhingkhoneng Haokip; and Medical Superintendent, District Hospital Kangpokpi, Dr Paotinlal Haokip also took part in the camp.
The 5 TB patients adopted by Nemcha Kipgen are Otngam Kipgen (58) of L Songtun, Lamneikim Kipgen (47) of L Songtun, Lilanath Chhetri (33) of Toribari, Mangminlal Hangshing (40) of Kangpokpi Zaphal veng, and a minor girl from Songpibung village.
