JAC, locals threaten to call bandh

Womenfolk of Kwakta who staged a sit-in against the "suspicious" death of Akina today threatened to call bandh along Tiddim Road if the authority concerned fails make the post mortem report to the public, reports our correspondent.

The sit-in was staged at Kwakta Lamkhai Bazar, the JAC constituted against the brutal killing of Akina Bibi said that post mortem report should be made public and thorough investigation should be initiated or else an indefinite bandh will be imposed along Tiddim Road.
It may be noted that Akina was found dead in suspicious manner yesterday near a paddy field under Kwakta Municipal Council Ward No 3 .
