Imphal, November 22 2020: A get-together programme for people in Government services, who sent in their postal ballots in favour of MLA Nahakpam Indrajit Singh, who was a candidate for BJP in the 11th Manipur legislative assembly, today at the residence of MLA N Indrajit at Thambalkhong Sabal Leikai.

Speaking at the get-together programme, N Indraj it said that he contested in the last election with the sole purpose of bringing the Kshetrigao constituency in par with other constituencies in the development front.

As an MLA of the ruling BJP Government in both the state and centre, he will show by work the kind of development programmes he has brought and done for the constituency, he said.

N Indrajit added that the condition of roads in different parts of the constituency was doing better compared to their conditions before he was elected and that metalling work for roads has been completed for various roads, some were still in the process and two RCC bridges were under construction.

Process to provide drinking water to all the villagers was also taken up.

He also expressed that he was confident that the people of the constituency will re-elect him in the next election again.

N Indrajit also said that the BJP Government under the leadership of Chief Minister N Biren Singh has brought peace to the land free from bandh and blockades.

The Government has also extended financial aid of 21acs to every needy family for hospitalisation under the CMHT programme.
