Stall allotment

Where as quite a few applicants who had been allotted stalls for the Sangai Festival have informed concerned officers about their inability to occupy the allotted stalls for their own reasons and have requested for refund of their deposits, there are a number of applicants who have been requesting for allotment of stalls.
There are many stalls which are still unoccupied by the concerned allottees till now.
In order to ensure optimum utilisation of the stalls and accommodate the many applicants who are still requesting for allotment of stalls, a team of officers comprising of MANIDCO Managing Director, MANIDCO Superintending Engineer and Trade, Commerce and Industries at the three venues tomorrow and submit a report on the number of unoccupied stalls by 12 noon so as to enable the Department of Trade, Commerce and Industries to cancel allotments of those applicants who have not occupied their allotted stalls till then without any further notice in view of the urgency to have all the stalls fully occupied and operations.
Such cancelled allotments would be taken up for allotment to the remaining applicants at 1 pm tomorrow itself.
Director of Trade, Commerce and Industries M Luikham has issued an order to this effect today.
