Cargo booking service introduced

Imphal, February 15 2019:
Luwang Air Services and Cargo Pvt Ltd has introduced cargo service booking today.
Managing Director of the company Maisnam Ratankumar, while speaking to media persons at the office of Luwang Air Services & Cargo Pvt Ltd in Kwakeithel Bazar, said that the service has been introduced for public convenience adding that the company was established in 2016 .
He informed that the company could not take up its services as the company was awaiting permission from the Government of India.
Luwang Air Services & Cargo Pvt Limited has tied up with Manipur Development Financial Investment (MDFI) .
The cargo booking service will operate on different routes including a round trip from Imphal to Guwahati and Kolkata, the MD maintained.
He went on to state that a passenger service connecting the North East States will be launched as well.
The name of the jetliners providing these services are Cessna aircraft and Dornier aircraft while one of the aircrafts will be providing passenger services from Imphal to Agartala, Silchar, Dimapur and Aizawl.
The passenger service is set to begin from August, he said.
MDFI general manager Ningthoukhongjam Dhanachandra said that Luwang Air Services & Cargo Pvt Ltd, which is a part of MDFI, has introduced this service with an aim to provide hassle-free and uncomplicated transportation of goods and essential commodities, while it takes a long time to bring in goods via the National Highways.
He appealed all to reap the benefits of the service.
The general manager released a booklet containing information about the company and its future upcoming initiatives and services.
