Lamka, March 14 2014 :
All Tribal Primary Teachers, Hindi Teachers Association 2011 has today urged the Government to release their seven months pending salaries and to immediately start the process of EIN/MGEL saying they will neglect the assigned duties in the coming Lok Sabha poll otherwise.
The association said it is surprised why the Education department has been able to solve their problems even after repeated appeals and despite the fact that there are attending faithfully to their duties.
It is interesting to note that the Education department despite claiming to reform the department and its education policy has till date failed to make proper post creation for the teachers recruited in 2011 and the process for which has been set into motion since 2007 .
It is disheartening to note that the few post creation announced by the department last year is mainly valley centric and simply cannot accommodate all the recruited teachers.
This sends many from the hill areas scurrying for transfer, with whatever means available to get their MGEL signifying that whole process smacks of the notion that the Government has treated valley and hill as one, and that it has failed to give justice that was due to the recruited teachers.
