India Posts-Forest Dept to join hands

Director (Post) Manipur called on Banbir Singh, Conservator of Forest, Manipur at his office located at Sanjenthong and described about the services which can be utilized for the wild life conservation.
According to a statement, Vinod Kumar said that forests are connected to the two very essential elements of human life ie water and air and due to various reasons wild life is not cared.
Time has come that each person should be made aware about the conservation programmes organised by the Forests Department, Manipur so that people from all walks of life can make contributions to achieve the objective.
He also highlighted to the Conservator of Forests about various services of India Posts especially Meghdoot Postcards.
He further added that once the Meghdoot postcards gets printed by the India Post they can be sold in post offices identified by the proponent.
As the rate is very cheap these Meghdoot post cards have been proved fastest selling stationery in the country.
