AMRPSWA extends help to support COVID fight

In view of the surge in positive cases in the State, the All Manipur Recognised Private Schools' Welfare Association (AMRPSWA), Imphal has extended help to the Government by providing some of the private institutes to be utilized as quarantine centres, in case there is a need to set up more.
The statement also informed that the association has also prepared around 15 volunteers to provide physical, moral support and also imparting awareness on the disease by visiting the quarantine centres set up in its member schools.
Further, it encouraged all inmates of the quarantine centres to remain mentally and emotionally strong by strictly following the health guidelines and to also abide by the rules and regulations of the centres.
The association also expressed gratitude to the Education Minister Dr Th Radheshyam Singh who, after consulting with various educational institutes and bodies, launched e-textbooks, comic textbooks and online classes for the students of the State.
While the association is in the process of considering the applications of some member schools seeking permission to provide classes and study materials to limited number of students appearing for BOSEM, COHSEM and CBSE public examination, on rotational basis and while maintaining physical distance, AMRPSWA has appealed to the Government, seeking help and support on the same.
