But with the coming of the SPF government all dues have been released and various developmental programmes were taken up.
Although it is too early to announce the exact nature of the package, but it is quite certain that a new package will be announced during their visit.

Answering a query on the reluctance of central leaders to visit the state and solve the 100 days economic blockade issue but visiting the state when assembly elections are knocking at the door.
He said that it is because of the state government's decision to handle the situation with care and not force the Union government to act.
But it is the right approach on the part of the UNC to lift the blockade and the step is warmly welcomed by the state government.
Commenting on the issue of "Supra State Body", Gaikhangam said that the whole issue is baseless.
Even the central government has denied all such statement.
