Tengnoupal, July 02 2022: TA & Hills Minister Letpao Haokip today handed over LPG cylinders and stoves to selected beneficiaries of Moreh under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) 2.0 at Moreh Ward No 8, Ngamkhai Veng.

Speaking on the occasion, Letpao Haokip stated that cooking gas sets were distributed to selected 19 households of Moreh under PMUY.

He also mentioned that the LPG gas connections were provided by M/S Haokip Gas Service Moreh.

He urged the public to link their mobile number with Aadhaar card to avail the benefits of the scheme.

The Minister further informed that a process has been going on to provide free gas connection to 21 households of Kwatha village.

Superintendent of Police Tengnoupal, B Golianmang also took part in the programme.
