Like Minded Group continues its philanthropic activities

Imphal, January 27 2022:
In a bid to alleviate the problems of the needy and to uplift them, Like Minded Group (LMG) has been extending every possible help to the needy and downtrodden in the State.
In continuation of such activities, LMG extended monetary aid of Rs 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand) and donated rice, blankets and other essential items to Soibam Bhani Devi who is more than 90 years old from Wangjing Heitupokpi today, said a press release by LMG.
The group provided the aid after they heard that the elderly woman was living in a dilapidated house and was in a state of despair.

A team of LMG led by Advisory Board Member, Haridash Sorokhaibam along with Secretary, Ojit Sorokhaibam, Assistant Secretary, Rosan Moirangthem and other members of the group went to the residence of Soibam Bhani Devi and handed over the monetary aid and other items Speaking on the occasion, Ojit Sorokhaibam appealed to all to extend possible help to the needy and downtrodden and to help them lead a life of normalcy rather than discriminating them.
The family of Soibam Bhani Devi also expressed gratitude to the Like Minded Group for the noble gesture.
