An official team led by Tamenglong Chief Medical Officer Dr Chambo Gonmei has rushed to the village.
Other teams would be sent in with medicines and other kits soon, said the source, while speaking to The Sangai Express.
It is reported that Measles-Rubella vaccination has started at the village.
