Imphal, April 13 2009:
Shija Hospitals has become the first institute in the State which acquires accreditation for running of three years post graduate DNB Anaesthesia course.
National Board of Examinations, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India granted the accreditation on March 17 after a thorough inspection conducted by its inspectors.
The hospital is allowed to start the course from July 2009 onwards with an annual intake of two seats of which one candidate who has cleared the DNB Primary and one candidate holding MCI/University recognised Post Graduate Diploma for a period of two years in Anaesthesia.
