BJP political meeting held at various places

A one day political meeting cum Eigi Emung BJP gi Emung door-to-door posters campaign was held at Luangraeng (Nungnang) village in Noney district on Saturday.
During the campaign, Gaidon Kamei, BJP intending candidate of 54-Nungba AC and his supporters went from door-to-door in Nungnang village to spread awareness on "Good Governance of BJP Government".
Addressing the public meeting held at Nungnang village public ground, Gaidon Kamei alleged that the Congress Government of the past is liable for the slow paced development of Manipur.
He stated Nungba AC is still without proper road connectivity, water supply, electricity, health care, education institutions, etc.
"However, with the coming of the BJP Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the Centre and Chief Minister N Biren Singh in the State, many changes have been seen both in the hills & valley", he asserted.
He also appealed to the people of Nungnang village to provide their assistance in the upcoming election.
As part of the event, Gaidon Kamei also distributed 156 PMJAY health cards and traditional shawls to the women of Nungnang village.
Kenan Kamei, former president RNCM; social workers of Nungnang Village, Circle leaders, Khoupum and Longmai village leaders also spoke on the occasion in support of Gaidon Kamei.

45- Chingai Mandal also organised a BJP Booth Level Political Awareness at Teinem village ground in Ukhrul on Saturday.
The programme sponsored by Dr Khashim Ruivah, ex-MLA and BJP intending candidate was attended by Teinem village Headman Ngamchuipei, VAs, Pastor, women, youths and party workers.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Khashim Ruivah cleared the public misconception and fear of BJP being an anti-Christian political organisation.
He also enlightened the gathering on the political principles of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and it's objective.
"BJP is a political party with a vision to build a strong and prosperous nation", he asserted.
He continued that the saffron party was formed to bring socio, economic and political reformation through democratic process by accommodating the voices of all communities.
Dr Ruivah reiterated his commitment towards the Naga political movement and stated that he resigned from the MLA seat in support of the movement after the Mao incident of 2010 .
Senior BJP leaders, Meisnam Bharat, Th Yumchao and Aega Tarun Kumar also spoke on the occasion.
