Imphal, August 21 2014: The Kasom Khullen Sub-Division Development Association (KKSDDA), the apex body of 44 villages of Kasom Khullen Sub-Division took up resolution during the annual general body meeting held on February 3, 2014, to look into the NESRIP Project from Thoubal to Kasom Khullen.

the meeting resolved that no one should disturb the construction process for his own interest and that affected villagers or individual should approach the authority concerned through KKSDDA for compensation with the knowledge of headmen of Kasom Khullen Sub-Division, according to statement issued by Livinjoy Rimai, General Secretary, KKSDDA.

The statement directed the agency, contractor, departments and NGOs to note that any project initiated within the Kasom Khullen Sub-Division must be implemented adhering to the given guidelines and DPR of the construction works.

The statement further warned that KKSDDA will take up rigorous action against any incident that will hamper the interest of the people of Kasom Khullen Sub-Division.
