Yoga camp concludes

The 100 hour Assistant Yoga Teachers Camp that kick started on October 28 has come to an end at Flash Mandap complex, Wahengbam Leikai today.
Sixty persons took part in the camp organised by Bharat Swabhiman Trust and Patanjali Yog Samiti, Imphal West.
Sagolband AC MLA RK Imo, Bharat Swabhiman Trust Rajya Prabhari Th Nilakumar, IMC Ward No 8 Councillor K Tikendro graced the valedictory function as chief guest, president and guest of honour respectively.
RK Imo said that yoga not only makes a man mentally and physically fit but also protects him from diseases and disorders.
Saying that a man who practices yoga for atleast some minutes a day can easily overcome stress, Imo said that Pranayam is an important yoga posture which controls stress.
The MLA further said that yoga has become an important health regimen in the changing lifestyles of the present day.
