Club appeals for sanity

The Golden Poly Club, Mayang Imphal Konchak Makha Leikai has urged all concerned not to give a communal tint to the issue regarding the death of Md Razak Khan.
Speaking to reporters today at Mayang Imphal Konchak Makha Leikai, secretary of Golden Poly Club W Brajakumar Singh said that the statement of the Muslim Council Manipur and All Manipur Muslim Organisation Coordinating Committee has the potential to stoke communal passion over the issue.
He also asked on what basis the assertion that the deceased Md Razak Khan was a worker of farm owned by one Naorem Hemanta of Mayang Imphal Konchak Makha Leikai was made.
He urged all concerned not to make unfounded statement while also appealing to all concerned to refrain from igniting communal passion.
