Police caution against touts

Claiming that the Delhi Police recruitment is absolutely fair, transparent and based on merit, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police -II, Chairman of Recruitment Board, Manipur, has informed that no individual or organisation is in a position to exert any influence in the recruitment of Delhi Police.
A press release issued by the Additional Dy Commissioner mentioned that instances have been noticed whereby during recruitment by various police forces in the country, some people try to project that they can use their influence to fix the recruitment.
It clarified that the modus operandi of such con men is to accept money from some gullible candidates on the pretext of using their influence to get the candidates selected.
Warning the public and all the candidates not to get misled and cheated by such people, it added that strict legal actions will be initiated against any such cheats as well.
It further advised the public as well as the candidates to inform the SP (NAB) Manipur Police on 9402269860 or the SP/Vigilance/Manipur Police on 9774771824 and 7085953141 or Chairman Recruitment Board, Manipur on 8750870803 regarding such cheats and added that the details of the informant will be kept strictly confidential and they will be rewarded suitably as well.
