Strongly voicing his discontent with this decision, he added that the school currently has 700 students and only 28 teachers.
Aside from this, the Physics department only has 2 teachers, he continued.
He questioned the Government's motive in transferring teachers just after students have begun returning to schools for offline classes after two years of staying at home due to the pandemic.
Elaborating on the inadequacies riddling the school, he revealed that Azad Higher Secondary School does not have a sweeper, no watchman, no laboratories for many departments, inadequate practical instruments, desks, benches and there are no adequate teachers in the Physics, Home Science and Manipuri departments.
Mk Samin Khan along with the students of the school and their guardians appealed for the transfer order to be revoked within the next 24 hours and also provide the school with the required teachers.
