Felicitations held at different places

Students who passed Classes X and XII exams conducted by BOSEM, COHSEM and CBSE were felicitated by Organisation for Integrated Rural Development (OIRD) at Patsoi Part-III community hall today.
89 meritorious students from Patsoi Part-I to IV were presented cash prize as a motivation to achieve further laurels through hard work.
The function was attended by AK Mirabai Devi, Social Welfare Minister, N Komol Singh, Retd Headmaster, Yurembam High School, N Tomba Meetei, Pradhan, Patsoi GP, T Sanajaoba Singh, Retd, Dy Director, ITI, Govt of Manipur and S Dhanabir Singh, proprietor, SDS Construction Materials Pvt Ltd, Lamdeng as chief guest, president and guests of honour respectively.
Apart from the honorary award given by OIRD, the students were also given Rs 1000 each from the Minister's side, said a press release issued by the general secretary of OIRD.
Meanwhile, Keishang Trust, Khudei Khunou organised felicitation cum career counselling programme on Sunday at Khudei Khunou community hall.
Langol Khunou primary school headmaster in-charge Keishang Moses attended as the chief guest while Maring Naga Baptist Association president and Kangshang Baptist Church Pastor Rev D Morung was the guest of honour and Keishang Trust advisor Keishang Kopham attended as the president.
In the programme, Dr Dangsawa Moran Maring, Ph D in bioinformatics, Dr Dangsawa Pipa Jackson, MBBS, BP Mechao, degree in agriculture, Central Agriculture University, Iroisemba with others who came out successful in the class X and class XII exams were felicitated.
Konthoujam GP Level Talent Hunt Association in association with Konthoujam Gram Panchayat Body jointly conducted a felicitation programme for meritorious students of standard X and XII who secured 60 percent and above marks in the BOSEM and COHSEM exams and residing under the jurisdiction of Konthoujam Gram Panchayat yesterday at Konthoujam Kangjeibung Community Hall with Chanam Ongbi Bijenti Devi, Yurembam ZP member, Chingdinlu Kamei, pradhan of Konthoujam GP and Dr Sapam Ranjan Singh, MPCC secretary attending as presidium members.
Sportpersons from Konthoujam GP who brought laurels to the State were also feted during the function by presenting gifts, informed a statement issued by the secretary of Konthoujam GP Level Talent Hunt Association.
