The Government of Manipur is seeking a loan of Rs 171 crores from NABARD for development of education and health infrastructures under Autonomous District Councils.
According to SPF spokesperson N Biren, a high level meeting held at the Chief Minister's Secretariat today deliberated on construction of 300 Primary Schools and 46 Primary Health Centres together with staff quarters in hill districts under ADCs.
Among others, the meeting was attended by the Chief Secretary.
The meeting decided to seek a loan of Rs 171 crores from NABARD for construction of the proposed number of Primary Schools, PHCs and staff quarters, N Biren informed.
