The spot inquiry was conducted by ADC member RK Thotrei, Executive Member,18-Ngari Khullen-DCC, ADC member P Veini, 17-Phaibung Khullen, DCC, YK Joseph, ex-president, CNU, Y Peter, chairman, Ngari Lishang, SK Ngaranmi, village authority, Ngari Raiduloumai, loower village, Tho Avoinii, VP PNTM, P Vanmi, NPMHR member, and representative of PNTMC.
