CM lays foundation stone for Longmai hospital

Imphal, November 30 2021:
Chief Minister N Biren Singh laid the foundation stone for a 50 bedded Prefabricated Field Hospital at Longmai Part � I, Noney district on his visit to the district today.
The hospital will be set up under the State Health Society, National Health Mission, Government of Manipur at an estimated cost of Rs 3.5 crore.

The Chief Minister informed that the State Government had also sanctioned construction of three other such hospitals at Kamjong, Pherzawl and Tengnoupal and added that construction work for the same would be started very soon.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by Works Minister Thongam Biswajit, Education Minister Sorokhaibam Rajen, Tribal Affairs and Hills Minister Vungzagin Valte and Rajya Sabha PM Leishemba Sanajaoba.
