KSO-SH opposes

The Kuki Students' Organization Sadar Hills today announced to totally oppose any interference in the genuine transfer of Sanaching village in Samulamlan Block.
Mentioning the facts regarding Sanaching village KSO-SH said that the particular village in question had been a recognized village bearing Sl No141 of Manipur North District Vide Orders No 20/39/69-D dated Nov 12, 1969 of Manipur Gazette Extraordinary and unfortunately it was totally burnt during the ethnic flare up in the Hills district of Manipur in 1993-94 .
After the unfortunate incident, the village was temporarily shifted at H Champhai village, said the Student body while adding that the Chief of Sanaching and his relatives bought a piece of land in Samulamlan Block under Churachandpur district and re-established the village there and it has been inaugurated on the September 7, 2013 and subsequently the DC/DPC of Senapati transfered 19 Job Cards of MGNREGS Vide Letter No.6/DRDA-SPT/SKL/Main/13-14 dated 9/8/2013 .
The KSO-SH further said that earlier the student also published its endorsement and support the genuine decision of DC/DPC Senapati regarding the transfered of 19 Job Cards.
Therefore, the student body appealed to all concerned to expedite the process and warned that it will totally oppose any interference in the process.
