Surveys to be carried out

Saitu Kendra MLA, Ngamthang Haokip has said that surveys will be carried out at various villages to find out whether Central Government schemes have been able to give the intended benefits to the people.
Speaking at a one day booth level training programme organised by BJP Saitu Mandal at Charhajar community hall today, Ngamthang Haokip explained that several schemes have been implemented under the Central Government for the benefit ofthe poor people and the Government is working tirelessly to ensure the schemes, including free LPG connection, free electricity connection, opening of bank accounts, life insurance, health insurance and vaccination programmes, etc reach the intended people.
He also said that surveys will be carried out to ascertain the penetration of these schemes and to see whether they have been able to provide their intended benefits to the people.
He added that steps will be taken up/to ensure that the Said schemes reach even the people living in the remote hill areas and districts of the State within the next five months BJP State Unit secretary N Nimbus, P Preraananda and vice president Th Basanta were also present at the event.
