Aryans announces scholarships for 2017-18 session for NE students

Imphal, January 15 2017: Aryans Group of Colleges, Chandigarh has extended its scholarship scheme for the session 2017-18 and has doubled the number of scholarship from 100 to 200 for North East students.

Amanpreet Singh, Head, North East Admissions, Aryans Group while addressing a press conference organized today at Manipur Press Club, Imphal, Manipur said that the scholarship will be given to meritorious 100 girls and 100 boys in which 50% scholarship will be provided by Aryans and rest 50% will be financed in the form of education loan.

Amanpreet further added that the scholarship will be exclusively on merit cum means basis.

The students can avail the scholarship on various courses running at Aryans including B.Tech, LEET, LL.B, BA-LL.B, MBA, BBA, BCA, BCOM, BA, BEd, BSc (Agri), Polytechnic Diploma, GNM, ANM, MA(Edu) etc.

Sonu Jha, Coordinator, North East, Aryans Group while giving more information said that Punjab has emerged as an education hub for the students of other states and Aryans has become the 1st choice for the students of North East.

More than 150 students from various parts of North East have taken admission in 2016-17 session and in total around 450 students are studying at Aryans in various courses.

To support financially weaker sections of the society Aryans has started many scholarship schemes.

The group is admitting students under Dr.Kiran Bedi Scholarship scheme, Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao scheme launched by Union Minister, Sh.

Vijay Sampla; CM, Himachal Pradesh, Sh.

Virbhadra Singh for the girls of hilly areas; Governor, Uttrakhand, Sh.

KK Paul for the Uttrakhand girls etc.

It is to be mentioned that established in 2007, Aryans campus is located on Chandigarh�Patiala highway, near Chandigarh and has lush green 20 acres pollution free campus.

Aryans Group has been serving the educational and intellectual interests of the youth in a commendable manner.
